AS Roma and AC Milan are showing interest in Norwich City’s Ben Godfrey. The representatives of both the clubs made preliminary inquiries over a potential summer move.

It is reported that the 22-year old center-back could be signed for around €28 million. Although, Norwich have put up a €50 million price tag on him. [Calciomercato]

Leicester pursuing Jovic.

Leicester City are keen on signing Real Madrid’s Luka Jovic. They are already holding discussions with the striker’s agent over a potential summer transfer. The Foxes are planning on launching a bid of around €35 million (£31m).

Real Madrid were initially looking to loan out Jovic, who has failed to live up his expectations. However, considering the recent financial crisis, they want to cash in on him now. [Daily Star]

Roma eager to retain Smalling.

AS Roma have submitted a fresh offer to Manchester United for Chris Smalling. In the new deal, the Serie A side have offered to extend his loan by another year while inserting a compulsory purchase option for around €14.5 million. [Football Italia]

Dembele on Man United wishlist.

FC Barcelona’s Ousmane Dembele has emerged as a transfer target for Manchester United. Man United will make a move for him should they fail to land Borussia Dortmund’s Jadon Sancho in the summer.

The Red Devils also identify Dembele, who has endured a difficult time during his three-year spell at Camp Nou, as a much cost-effective alternative to Sancho. [Daily Star]

Dier lays out extension demands.

Tottenham defender Eric Dier has made the club aware of his demands for signing a contract extension. The 26-year old, who takes home a €67,000-a-week (£60k) salary, wants double his current wages.

Dier has less than 12 months on his current contract. However, he is intent on working under Jose Mourinho and staying at Spurs. [Daily Mail]
