Borussia Dortmund have reportedly won the race to sign Birmingham City’s Jude Bellingham. BVB have agreed to pay around €22 million (£20m) for the highly-rated midfielder.
Manchester United have been heavily linked with his signing in the last few weeks. But it appears Bellingham will follow in the footsteps on Jadon Sancho and try and make a name for himself in Bundesliga. [Bild]
Liverpool close to signing Thiago.
Liverpool are in advanced negotiations with Bayern Munich over the transfer of Thiago Alcantara. However, there is still slight disagreement between the two parties regarding his valuation with Liverpool unwilling to match Bayern’s €35 million asking price.
Jurgen Klopp is believed to be an admirer of the midfielder ever since he was in-charge of Borussia Dortmund. [Sport]
Premier League clubs lining up for Bailey.
A quartet of Premier League clubs are keen on signing Bayer Leverkusen’s Leon Bailey. Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, and Everton are all planning on sending scouts to watch him this weekend.
The 22-year-old winger is valued at around €65 million. However, due to the coronavirus crisis, he is expected to cost almost half of that value. Bailey too is keen on moving to England. [Sky Sports]
Sevilla show interest in Kepa.
Sevilla are planning on approaching Chelsea to discuss a potential season-long loan move for Kepa Arrizabalaga. Chelsea are also willing to send Kepa out but his €166,000-a-week (£150,000) wages could be a problem.

Chelsea are on the lookout for Everton’s Lucas Digne. Frank Lampard is keen on strengthening the left-back spot this summer. And his side will move for Digne should they fail to prise Ben Chilwell from Leicester City.
