Chelsea open talks for Alaba.

Chelsea have contacted Bayern Munich to discuss the availability of David Alaba at the end of this season. Alaba’s future has been up in the air for quite some time now as he shows reluctance to sign a contract extension with Bayern.

Frank Lampard is keen on signing a new left-back. As per reports, Leicester City’s Ben Chilwell and FC Porto’s Alex Telles are also the players he has bookmarked. [The Athletic]

Coutinho’s agent pushing for Arsenal move.

Philippe Coutinho‘s agent is working on putting a move for the midfielder to Arsenal in place. The transfer would probably be a loan move since it is highly unlikely that Arsenal will match his valuation.

Bayern Munich are not impressed by the Brazilian and he will hence return to FC Barcelona at the season’s end. Barcelona also do not have him in their future plans and will actively try to offload him. [The Mirror]

Pedro to join Roma at season’s end.

Chelsea winger Pedro Rodriguez has agreed to personal terms with AS Roma. The 32-year old has signed a two-year contract worth around €55,000-a-week. The contract also has an option to extend his stay by one more year.

The Spaniard was to quit Stamford Bridge at the end of this month but he signed a short-term deal so as to complete the 2019/20 Premier League season. [Sky Sports]

Real Madrid eyeing Guendouzi.

Real Madrid are preparing to raid Arsenal for Matteo Guendouzi this summer. Zinedine Zidane considers his 21-year old compatriot as a much-needed backup and an eventual successor to Casemiro.

However, Real Madrid will face stiff competition with FC Barcelona, also tracking him. Leicester City, Paris Saint-Germain, Inter Milan, and Atletico Madrid are also linked with Guendouzi’s signing. [Le10 Sport]

Spurs make move for Magalhaes.

Tottenham have opened talks with Lille over the transfer of Gabriel Magalhaes. The center-back has enjoyed a breakthrough this season. And with strengthening the defense a priority, Magalhaes looks to be an ideal target for Spurs.

With Lille willing to part ways with him this summer, Napoli and Real Madrid are also tracking the development of the 22-year old. [Fichajes]

Wolves set asking price for Jimenez.

Wolves have slapped a massive €100 million price tag on Raul Jimenez. A sensational form in front of goal this season has seen the striker generate much traction from all of Europe. Among those said to be looking to sign him are Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Juventus.

Wolves, however, do not intend to let go of their prized asset under any circumstances, and hence the obscenely high asking price. [AS]
