With lots of transfer talk recently, Gabriel Jesus could still end up at Juventus as some unthinkable deals could still happen, as per his former agent.
Gabriel Jesus continues to be subject of transfer talk from Juventus and Giovanni Branchini, the man who took the Brazilian striker to Manchester City, admits “everything is possible”.
The 22-year-old joined City since 2017 and has grown to be a reliable forward in the ranks, recently signing a contract extension that will keep him at the club until 2023.
Gabriel Jesus finds himself in an unfortunate situation though. Despite his talent, the Brazilian has played a deputy role to Sergio Aguero and has often expressed his desire to get more minutes at the club.
Much more recently, lots of transfer talk has emerged linking the forward to Juventus and the man who had a major steal in his City move, says anything is possible.
He told Calciomercato when quizzed on whether there is any chance of Jesus linking up with Juve: “We are talking about a great footballer and a great club, everything is possible.
“The difficulties of acquiring power will lead to not many transfers, it is better to keep who you already have in the squad, there will not be a lot of movement on the transfer market.
“But some clubs with great economic power could lead to some sensational transfers that previously appeared unthinkable.”
Despite playing a limited role this season, Gabriel Jesus has still managed 10 league goals for City in 24 appearances.
