The two French clubs that have had interest in Pedro Guilherme, Girondins Bordeaux and Olympique Lyonnais, has just dropped their bids for the Brazilian international, Football Espana.
Pedro has been reported to be linked with a possible move to Real Madrid, and the two French clubs have dropped their bids for him because of the fund involved.
Pedro, rated at €25m, was called up to feature for Brazilian but the chance failed for him after he sustained a knee injury. He was then replaced by a former club mate Richarlison.
The 21-year-old forward has shown promise at scoring, having scored 12 times in 23 matches this season for the Brazilian club he plays for. Other clubs like Sevilla, Milan, and Roma are also interested in him.
Pedro’s current deal will last until 2021 and there is a release clause worth up to €50m on the contract. However, it is said that about a half of that amount would be possible to start a deal.
Real Madrid has said that they intend to complete the deal for Pedro by in this season and they hope to loan him out after that.
