Jorginho was really close to joining Manchester City but in the end, he decided to come to Chelsea with his coach from Napoli, Maurizio Sarri – and Pep Guardiola admitted that this deal was really close to being done.

Pep Guardiola really wanted to sign Jorginho on a transfer deal and he was really close to doing that but then, the Italia international decided to join the Blues and follow his former coach, Maurizio Sarri there.
