Erling Haaland is aiming for overall development as he discusses objectives ahead of the first full season at Borussia Dortmund.
Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland became an instant hit following his mid-season switch from RB Salzburg.
The Norwegian sensation set the Bundesliga on fire, scoring a hat-trick on his debut, and went onto to net 13 goals in 15 matches.
He ended the 2019/20 season with a mouthwatering tally of 44 goals and 10 assists in just 40 appearances across all competitions, split between two clubs.
At just 20 years of age, Haaland is already one of the most lethal finishers in the world. He will be required to maintain his sublime form next season as BVB’s primary goal threat.
The striker believes he still has a lot to work on as he undergoes his first pre-season with the Black & Yellows.
Haaland told the official club website: “I’ll take each day and each game as it comes. I want to win every match. I want to improve personally compared to last season and for us to get more points.
“Now I’m at BVB for a full season. As a team, we need to put our stamp on our matches to ensure that we win.
“I can improve at everything. I could’ve scored more goals and racked up more assists last season.”
