Eden Hazard has hailed his teammate Karim Benzema as the number one striker in the world.
Eden Hazard moved to Real Madrid from Chelsea before the start of this season. The number-7’s performance was degraded by injuries. Ever since arriving at the Spanish capital, Hazard spent more time off the pitch than on it.
Despite having a rough start to the season, the Belgian is slowly starting to look alive at his new club. In a report presented by Goal.com, Eden Hazard spoke about his recent performances.
“You can always do better, of course.
“I think that with Real Madrid, for the last month, everything has been going very well.
“We’re winning games and the team is improving well, which also makes it easier for me. I’m feeling good and I want to continue like this,” the Belgian forward assured.
Eden Hazard then went on to praise his teammate Karim Benzema. The former Chelsea man ranked the Frenchman to be the finest striker in the world at the moment.
“After having played with him for three or fourth months, I think that, right now, he’s the best striker in the world,” Hazard declared.

“But [also] away from his role as a striker, he makes others better.”
