According to the father of Argentinean footballer Gonzalo Higuain, the player could end his illustrious career with the Bianconeri.
Former Argentina national team striker, Gonzalo Higuain, has been playing for Juventus since 2016.
During this time, he has been loaned twice, once to AC Milan and another to Chelsea.
And now that he’s back with the Bianconeri, the 31-year-old might start to think about his retirement.
“Gonzalo’s in a good place,” his father Jorge Higuain told Football Italia.
“He has two years left on his contract and could end his career at Juventus.”
He explained: “We, as a family, would like him to retire at River.”
“He has a great and affectionate relationship with [River Coach Marcelo] Gallardo.”
Higuain started his professional career in 2005 with River Plate, but in 2007 he moved to Real Madrid.
It was in 2013 when he was transferred to Napoli, before a move to Juventus in 2016.
