Elseid Hysaj believes Carlo Ancelotti has helped to improve his game at Napoli and went on to praise his job at the club.
Hysaj who was formerly inconsistent in Ancelotti’s starting XI has gone on to start seven of Napoli’s last eight games due to an improved display.
The full-back was linked to a move to Chelsea under Maurizio Sarri, but the deal didn’t materialise.
“I don’t think the result of the first leg will make us lose focus,” he said at a Press conference for Thursday’s Europa League last-16 second leg against Red Bull Salzburg.
“We know Salzburg are a good team with good players. We’ll go out on the field calmly, but with the desire to achieve results.” He told Football Italia.
“The absences of Koulibaly and Maksimovic? They’re two important players for us, but whoever plays in their place will give everything on the field. We’re a close-knit group.

“A goal? I’d give everything to score one, but it hasn’t happened yet. However, I’m calm and relaxed about it.
“My relationship with Ancelotti? For me, it was a big change because I had the same Coach for six years.
“However, change every now and then is good. I think I’m improving with each game.”
