Zlatan Ibrahimovic will surely be leaving AC Milan at the end of the season. This is according to Bologna coach Sinisa Mihajlovic.

Ibrahimovic will see his current contract at Milan run out at the end of the season. There is still uncertainty about the next step for the big Swede, but all directions might be pointing to an exit for the forward.

The 38-year-old has remained coy on his future after addressing it recently and that only put further doubt on his stay at Milan.

Bologna was one of the clubs Ibrahimovic considered joining in January but he eventually opted to join the Rossoneri.

And now Bologna coach, Sinisa Mihajlovic has claimed the big forward could still join his side or move back to Sweden.

“He called me a few days ago and we’ll see what he decides to do in the summer,” Mihajlovic told Serbian television Vece sa Ivanom Ivanovicem, according to Telegraf.rs.

“He certainly won’t remain at Milan, the it remains to be seen whether he’ll join us or return to Sweden.”

There is more likelihood Ibrahimovic would go to his native Sweden and perhaps play for Hammarby, the side he has part-ownership of.
