Leonardo Jardim is relishing the prospect of facing Paris Saint-Germain in Ligue 1 as they battle for survival.
The clashes between these two sides in previous years were classic title deciders but Monaco’s abysmal form this season has seen them struggle at the bottom automatically ruling them out of the Champion League.
PSG, on the other hand, are on the brink of another title success, however, their last two games have ended in defeat delaying the celebration for the title.

Jardim who returned to the club after the sack of Henry previewed the clash set to take place at the Parcs des Princes.
“I watched PSG’s last games. I saw some great players, and despite their last two defeats, it’s a very strong team,” said Jardim via AS Monaco’s official website.
“After this game, we will have five more games to play and I hope my team will continue to get the points we need to keep us going – we have to clench our teeth and push our limits.”
“In the last three games, we missed a lot of chances. We managed to control our games without taking the advantage in the score on our opponents.”

“In Paris, we have the ambition to play our game. Let’s not change identities for this game as players work to be more efficient in the small spaces, in the midfield. “
“Of course there is always danger. If the teams at the bottom of the table chase the victories, they can quickly go up the rankings. We have better average points obtained in this second part of the season but it will be necessary to be attentive to stay up. “
