Bukayo Saka scored a spectacular goal and gave two assists to give Arsenal a 3-0 win over Eintracht Frankfurt in the UEFA Europa League.
Bukayo Saka turned 18 two weeks ago.
And today the Arsenal teenaged delivered a great performance that saw the Gunners defeat Eintracht Frankfurt 3-0 in Germany.
He claimed two assists and curled a spectacular strike to help his team.
And he was praised by teammate Joe Willock.
“He’s a special player and he got two assists and one goal tonight,” Willock said.
“I’m happy to contribute to the win with one goal tonight, but as a whole, I thought we did well. It was a big match for us.”
“They were very strong 1v1 and they pressed us very high, so we had to try to hit them on the counter. We had fast players so our game plan was to hit them on the counter and it worked. We had a lot of chances to score and we won,” he added.
“We talked about the atmosphere before the game, that the fans get behind them a lot. We just had to focus on our own game and we did just that.”
“We love to get clean sheets and score loads of goals, that’s exactly what we did tonight. We were strong today and we’ll take that confidence into the next game,” he concluded.
