Juventus went seven points clear on top of Serie A after thrashing Lecce with four goals to nil at the Allianz Stadium.
Tonight’s Serie A encounter between Juventus and Lecce was indeed a game of two halves, as Juve managed to register only one shot on target in the first and 11 in the second.
The big difference was Fabio Lucioni’s red card in the 32nd minute, which obviously gave the hosts the needed push in the back.
Paulo Dybala, on the assist of Cristiano Ronaldo opened the scoring early into the second half, while the Portuguese star made it 2-0 himself, converting yet another penalty kick.
Ronaldo magically found Higuain with a backheel pass, as the Argentine forward secured Juve’s third in the 83rd minute. De Ligt set the final score two minutes later, netting his second goal for the Bianconeri.
