Juventus continue their march towards ninth consecutive Serie A title, with a 4-1 derby win over city rivals Torino.
Juventus earned the bragging rights in Turin, beating Torino 4-1 in the 202nd Derby della Mole this afternoon.
Argentine forward Paulo Dybala opened the scoring at the Allianz Stadium only three minutes into the game, as he maintained his perfect goalscoring record since the return of Italian football.
Juan Cuadrado, who provided the pass for the first goal, doubled the lead 26 minutes later, on the assist of Cristiano Ronaldo.
The visitors were handed a lifeline deep into the added time of the first half, as Andrea Belotti scored from the spot-kick to make the score 2-1 on the break.
However, a free kick beauty from Cristiano Ronaldo in the 61st minute crashed Torino’s hopes for a positive result from this derby. The final score was set by Koffi Djidji, who scored an own-goal only 180 seconds after coming on as a substitute.
