The former Los Blancos goalkeeper says the youngster will do very well in the future for the Spanish La Liga giants.
Luca Zidane played his second Real Madrid official match against Sociedad Deportiva Huesca on the weekend.
And the goalkeeper had a good day, conceding two goals, but thanks to a late-goal by Karim Benzema taking his team to a victory.
And for former Los Blancos goalkeeper Kiko Casilla, the youngster will be very good in the future for the Spanish La Liga giants.
“Luca deserves all the good that comes his way,” Casilla told Marca.
“I’ll be the first to be happy for him because he’s a great person and a great goalkeeper.”
“I think he’s made a leap with his maturity this year and he’s doing well with Castilla,” he added.
“He has that thing that a goalkeeper needs.”
“His immediate future is at Real Madrid, but you never know,” Casilla added.
“But I know he’s going to be an elite goalkeeper for many years.”
“Iker Casillas held the position for so long and Los Blancos have boasted one of the world’s best between their posts for as long as most can remember,” he continued.
“Real Madrid have a very good organisation of goalkeeper coaches and scouts.”
“They’ve done a great job and changed so many great goalkeepers by improving their reading of defensive situations,” he concluded.
The 20-year-old started playing professionally with Real Madrid B in 2016. And has played twice for the first squad.
He has also defended the goal of the U16, U17, U18, U19, and U20 France national team squads.
