Klaassen is happy the pre-season is over

Werder Bremen footballer Davy Klaassen is ready for the start of the 2019-2020 German Bundesliga season, as they meet Atlas Delmenhorst in the DFB-Pokal.

The 2019-2020 German Bundesliga season is set to start soon, but before, the DFB-Pokal is ready to kick off the new football campaign.

And for Werder Bremen player Davy Klaassen, this is a blessing as he’s happy the pre-season is over now.

“We want to pick up from where we left off,” said Klaassen to the club’s official website.

“Last year, I had a difficult period for one or two months.”

“I don’t want to repeat that this season. I want to play better than last year throughout the entire campaign.”

Bayern Munich finally rule out Leroy Sane move

Chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge confirmed that Bayern Munich won't be plotting anymore moves for Leroy Sane this year.

He also talked about the Pokal match against Atlas Delmenhorst: “Right from day one this year, I have had the feeling that we have progressed from last year.”

“A lot of things are already second nature to us and there haven’t been any major personnel changes.”

“There will be a great atmosphere for us, but also for Atlas. This game is a win-win for both clubs. I hope it will be a great game,” he concluded.
