Jurgen Klinsmann is coaching in Germany without the necessary coaching license. He apparently forgot it at his home in California.
Klinsmann claims he forgot his paperwork back in California as he didn’t he needed to prove his qualifications in Germany. In fact, he didn’t even know he was going back into management.
According to German outlet Bild, the German footballing legend had this to say:
“When I boarded the plane to Berlin at the end of November, I didn’t think I would need my coaching license and the proof of continuing education.
“I didn’t know then that I would become the coach of Hertha,”
“At Christmas, I simply forgot the documents.”
“But I’m in the process of obtaining all the necessary documents.”
