Jadon Sancho attracted all of European’s top sides after his vibrant performances for Borussia Dortmund starting from last season.
Sancho is on the verge of a fallout with both Dortmund’s manager and the board.
Constantly late to meetings, Lucien Favre decided to put some discipline into the youngster.
Thus, Sancho didn’t start the crucial Barcelona match last Wednesday. However, the English winger scored as soon as he was subbed onto the pitch.
With all the issues arising, Sancho’s move away from Dortmund this summer – or even January – is inevitable.
Jurgen Klopp was asked about Liverpool’s chances of signing Sancho.
“If we would be involved, nobody would know about it apart from a person who wouldn’t speak about it.
“There’s nothing to say. I know how it sounds, but I cannot change that.
“There’s nothing to say about it, which can mean there’s absolutely nothing to say about it,” Klopp confusingly answered the media, as quoted by Independent.
Liverpool, on the other hand, are doing perfectly fine with what they have.
Just one draws along with 13 wins in the Premier League keeps them on top, far away from their title challengers.
