The German coach jokes about the best thing about being a football coach, but he says he simply loves the sport.

Jurgen Klopp might be the best manager in the world of football right now.

The German coach has led Liverpool to the top of the English Premier League, and also to win the UEFA Champions League and the FIFA Club World Cup.

And while talking to Sky Sports News’ Vinny O’Connor, his usual sense of humor kicked in.

“What’s the best part about being a football manager?” asked the TV pundit.

“Wow! The money?! Haha!” answered Klopp with a big smile on his face.

“It’s working in football, obviously, so I love it, from the first day I did it.”

He added: “I even loved it when I was only a coach at the very beginning when nobody knew me, it was a really good time.”

“To be honest, I never read a book about football, I never had the opportunity to look at what other coaches were doing, so I had to learn it by myself.”

“Still being with these world-class players every day, seeing them in training, trying to help them to become slightly better if possible, in all different departments, so that’s a big, big joy,” Klopp concluded.
