Napoli’s defender Kalidou Koulibaly still remains one of the main transfer targets for Manchester United next season.

The Senegalese defender has made his name as one of Serie A most reputable defender and ranks as one of the best worldwide.

Since completing his move to Napoli from Belgian Pro League side Genk for around €10m, the 27-year-old centre-back has made massive progress in his game.

Koulibaly’s ability to read the game, make vital tackles and his physique are some of the attributes that has helped him rise to fame in the modern game.

So many Big European sides like Real Madrid and Barcelona have previously indicated interest in landing the Senegalese defender

But it seems Manchester United have shown more interest in recent months; suggesting the club view Koulibaly’s signing as a potential top priority.

Napoli president Aurelio de Laurentiis will not let the Senegalese defender come cheap, however, with United likely to have to pay a figure of around €150m, according to what has been reported by La Gazzetta Dello Sport.
