Frank Lampard has insisted that he is disappointed with Chelsea’s recent results and warned his players to get back to their feet.

Chelsea suffered another loss in the Premier League on their trip to Goodison Park last weekend. Frank Lampard’s men were humiliated 3-1 at the hands of Everton, who had just sacked their manager.

Chelsea have won only one of their last five matches in all competitions and Frank Lampard is not happy with his team’s performance. Lampard insisted that the defeat has taught him about the personality of his players.

“That’s always pretty fluid. So I haven’t got anything exactly to say ‘I need this, this, this,'” Lampard said as per Daily Mail.

“I wouldn’t say my mind is set on anything to be changed. But you do learn from your players in tough times. Not just in terms of what they do on the pitch but how their personality is.

“That was the disappointing thing at Everton. It wasn’t just that we were slightly off. I didn’t like that there were individual contact moments across the game that we lost. Because that’s a personality thing as much as anything else.

Chelsea will face Lille up next in their Champions League fixture as Lampard hopes to get his team back and running.
