Frank Lampard is a pretty demanding manager, judging by Chelsea’s results from the start of the season, but the team suffered a defeat to Everton today.

The 3-1 defeat sees Chelsea in a problematic situation in regards to Champions League spots.

Even though they’ll retain the fourth place, the margin for error is getting smaller and smaller.

Frank Lampard is aware of this, so he criticized his team’s performance in a defeat today.

Frankie specifically mentioned Kepa’s awful reaction, where he passed the ball to the opposition.

“Really poor mistake from us, Kepa passed it straight to Theo,” he told BT Sport after the match.

The Blues’ manager also asked his team to shoot more.

Chelsea will try to recover in a crucial Champions League match where they need all three points against Lille.
