Chelsea had their ban from FIFA lifted a couple of days ago which means that Frank Lampard gets some gifts in January in order to boost the squad.

The youngsters are doing quite well for Lampard and the Blues this season.

However, the team still lacks depth in order to battle on multiple fronts.

Chelsea qualified for the Champions League knockout phase last night which asks for even more quality within their ranks.

According to The Guardian, Lampard wants to bring in forwards in January.

Tammy Abraham is doing wonders this season, but his replacements, Batshuayi and Giroud are underwhelming.

The list of names they’re looking into is impresssive, too.

Jadon Sancho, Timo Werner, Wilfried Zaha, Moussa Dembele, and Fyodor Chalov are the targets for the winter.

The first pick is probably Sancho, but it will be hard for the BVB to let him go so early in the season.

It remains to be seen how Chelsea go about this list. One thing is for sure – Lampard could be a very happy man come January.
