Zinedine Zidane might have found a working medicine for Real Madrid’s sickness, and his name is Dani Ceballos

As Los Blancos are desperately trying to overcome a difficult period, with Zidane’s men not being able to win and constantly perform at a high level.

The French manager might turn to Spanish youngster Dani Ceballos, because it seems when the 21-year-old plays, Real Madrid win.

Ceballos joined Los Blancos during the summer, moving to the Spanish capitol from Real Betis. Good news for Zidane, Madrid won every single game the young midfielder has participated in.

The Spanish player has appeared in 8 games for Real, since facing Barcelona in the Supercopa de Espana back in August.

Ceballo’s finest moments perhaps were in Real’s La Liga fixture against Deportivo Alaves, when the midfielder managed to score two goals, providing Los Blancos with the much needed 3 points.

The Spaniard has also participated in two Champions League wins as a substitute against APOEL and Borussia Dortmund.

MLS All-Star Game – Partly Good and Partly Bad

The MLS All-Star Game, an annual soccer event where select players from the league play against a team from one of the top European leagues got invited to face them.

Furthermore, Ceballo has also appeared in two more domestic games, when Zidane’s side played against Espanyol and Eibar.

The youngster has not been able to play constantly, leaving fans with the assumption that Zidane doesn’t think he’s ready yet.

However, maybe it’s his time to shine now, as Real Madrid are in deep trouble, which might change the Frenchman’s opinion about which player should get regular playing time.

Real Madrid need a good omen, even if just for a small psychological boost, and there is also the small matter of the cumulative fatigue taken on by Luka Modric, Toni Kroos and Casemiro, MARCA reports.

The midfield trio of Real have struggled recently, and Ceballos can be one of Zidane’s chances to overcome that struggle.

Real will host Las Palmas in La Liga on Sunday, and they are under pressure as their fans are demanding immediate improvements.
