Harry Maguire has played every minute of all United’s 37 Premier League games so far this season. The skipper is looking to complete that feat on Sunday.

Harry Maguire is focused on getting the job done for United and also aims to complete a brilliant individual stat.

The 27-year-old has failed to miss a single minute for the Red Devils in all their Premier League games this term.

Maguire faces his former employers as United take on Leicester City in an all-important clash at the King Power stadium on Sunday afternoon.

The result of that fixture could completely define this season and the next for both sides. One of both teams would definitely get Champions League football next season.

Despite lots of room for improvement, Maguire is proud to have been a regular for the Red Devils this season.

“Touch wood I manage to play the game on Sunday and do that [play every minute of every Premier League game this season], It’s something I do really take pride in, being available and looking after myself in order to play every game.” he said to the club’s website.

“I think it’s really important especially as a defender because you want to play in every game and if you’re an attacker you want to see a solid defence and not much change with it. You want to see consistency and know what you’re going to get.

There is all to play for on Sunday afternoon but Maguire insists it won’t affect how his side approach the game.

“We won’t be going to Leicester and playing for the draw, that’s for sureWe’ll go into the game wanting to win it. We want to get the three points, we’ll approach it like we approach any other game.

Maybe if we’re drawing in the last couple of minutes we might approach it a little bit differently but for sure we’re going to go into the game and try to get the three points. We’re sat third in the league and that’s where we want to be by the end of Sunday.
