Manchester City are planning to part ways with Riyad Mahrez in the summer.
Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly interested in making a move for Manchester City winger Riyad Mahrez at the end of the season.
The Algerian has been a key player in helping Man City reach the brink of the Champions League quarter-finals and their Carabao Cup success. He has also played a direct part in 15 Premier League goals this season.
Despite his qualities, Mahrez is often seen as a second fiddle to the likes of Raheem Sterling and Bernardo Silva. Moreover, Man City will also potentially miss out on the Champions League for the next two seasons.
PSG have been picking up on this. With Kylian Mbappe heavily linked to Real Madrid, they are starting to plan for his replacement and are looking for a right-sided attacker.
Mahrez’s contract with Man City runs out in 2023. But according to Calciomercato, PSG are ready to bring Mahrez to the French capital the next season.
