Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is reportedly considering whether or not to recall young goalkeeper Aro Muric
The 19-year-old is currently on loan at Dutch side NAC Breda in order to gain some valuable first-team experience.
But City are now short of goalkeeping options having lost Claudio Bravo to a ruptured Achilles tendon and selling Joe Hart to Burnley earlier this month.
This means that the Premier League champions only have the untested Daniel Grimshaw as a backup option, should anything happen to regular number one Ederson.
Now the Telegraph reports that City are considering bringing back Muric to the Etihad Stadium.
The Montenegro Under-21 international made his senior debut for Breda last weekend and managed to keep a clean sheet in the club’s 3-0 win over De Graafschap in the Eredivisie.
Barcelona’s Jasper Cillessen has also been linked through an emergency loan deal, despite the English transfer window now being shut.
