3. Julian Nagelsmann
After taking charge of Hoffenheim in February 2016, Nagelsmann became one of Europe’s most exciting young coaches following back-to-back top-four finishes in the Bundesliga.
The German’s reputation has since grown following a stellar debut campaign in charge of RB Leipzig.
The Red Bulls are leading the Bundesliga standings by four points from reigning champions Bayern Munich. Should they hold on, then Nagelsmann will become a target for most European clubs.
After all, it will take something special to knock Bayern off their perch.
The 32-year-old would also serve as an ideal long-term option for Manchester United.
