Check out our match preview and betting predictions of the second FA Cup semi-final between Manchester United and Chelsea.
Manchester United and Chelsea will be looking to join Arsenal in the FA Cup final, when they face each other this evening in the second semi-final.
This is the fourth encounter between Solskjaer and Lampard this season, as all three ended in favor of the Norwegian manager.
Both sides face each other for the fourth consecutive season in this competition, with Chelsea winning twice in the past three years.
What to bet on?
To qualify for the final – Manchester United
Manchester United’s great form since the return of football in England puts the Red Devils as favorites for tonight’s clash with Chelsea at Wembley.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side won six of their last seven outings in all competitions. Southampton is the only side to hold them thanks to a 95th-minute equalizer from Michael Obafemi.
United also won all three games against Chelsea this season and four of the last five meetings between the sides.
Goals – Both teams to score and Over 2,50
With both teams showing some sloppy defensive performances in the past few weeks, we believe there will be goals on both ends in the upcoming FA Cup semi-final.
United’s 2-0 victory at Crystal Palace was the first in five games of the Red Devils that didn’t go over 2,50 goals.
Chelsea played eight games since the restart of football and in six of those games the number of goals scored was at least three.
Goalscorer – Anthony Martial
Anthony Martial is enjoying the best season in his entire career, having netted 22 goals in 42 appearances across all competitions.
The Frenchman found the net in the last three games he started against Chelsea, including both Premier League fixtures this season.
