Mario Balotelli is looking to get back into the Italian squad ahead of the European Championship scheduled in the summer of 2020.
In order to gain more playing time, Mario Balotelli joined Brescia this summer.
However, his performances didn’t impress Roberto Mancini.
The Italian manager excluded Super Mario from every one of his squad lists since taking over the team.
Asked about a potential Balotelli call-up, Mancini was honest:
“He has six months, a lot can happen,” Mancini said as quoted by Football Italia.
It will be interesting to see how Balotelli responds.
His Euro 2012 appearance is still memorable, and Azzurri are hoping for more of the same from the talented striker.
