Marcelo doesn’t think Madrid needs more players

According to Real Madrid defender Marcelo, the team doesn’t need more footballer as the transfer window is set to close really soon.

The Spanish La Liga summer transfer windows closure is getting near.

But according to Real Madrid defender Marcelo, the team has a good squad so far.

“Our squad is good. it’s tough, but if we focus on the task ahead we can win every title,” said Marcelo when asked about Madrid’s transfer policy this summer,” he told Managing Madrid.

“What happened last season was just a small part of what I’ve received since I first arrived in Madrid.”

He added: “I learned to live through that. I am the first person who knows when I’m in good form or not.”

“Criticism doesn’t concern me when I am not playing well I need to keep working to improve,” explained the defender.”

“We know that winning the Champions League is tougher every year and the same can be said about La Liga and the Copa del Rey,” he commented.

“Clubs from every country work all the year to improve and compete for the Champions League and that’s what makes it tough.”
