Marco Silva says Everton are fully focused on prosecuting their remaining three Premier League matches despite stating they have made plans to shape their squad for next season.
The Toffees are in a four-way battle for a Europa League position alongside Wolves, Leicester and Watford.
Silva will be boosted by their 4-0 thumping of Man United last Sunday ahead of clashes against Crystal Palace, Burnley and Tottenham.
The Seventh spot will be a guaranteed Europa League spot if the Hornets fail to beat Man City in the final of the FA Cup on May 24.
When asked whether seventh would be a success in his first season at Goodison Park, Silva said via Sky: “We have to keep fighting. We are not in seventh.
“It is not the most important thing in this moment. We have to keep fighting and proving our quality. We have to win the matches also.
“At the end, we will talk about the season and my feeling. Our goal since the first day of the season hasn’t changed. Our goal is there, it’s open, to fight and stick together.
“It’s tight, the competition (for seventh). Some clubs are doing a really good season also. We have to keep doing our job as best we can and in the end, we will see our position in the table.”
