Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe has called on the club to target Chelsea star N’Golo Kante in the upcoming summer transfer window
Both men have played together for the French national team and will likely play alongside each once more in this summer’s World Cup in Russia.
But Mbappe would like his French international teammate to play with him on a more regular basis and he believes that Kante possesses all the key attributes that will help PSG continue their dominance in Ligue 1 for next season.
“Kante, according to our needs and also the quality of the player,” Mbappe told beIN Sports (via Daily Mirror).
“I think he’s a player that would suit our team perfectly. He is French, bring back a Frenchman for the attractiveness of our Championship, it would be good.
“I think all the French like N’Golo Kante, and it would be a pleasure to have him in our league.”
Mbappe himself is set to become the second most expensive player in world football, when PSG make his deal permanent in the summer for a €180m transfer fee.
