John Obi Mikel used to play for Chelsea and he believes that his former team will be able to fight against Barcelona away from home despite a home 1-1 draw which makes it a bit more difficult.

Barcelona didn’t have many chances at Stamford Bridge but Lionel Messi was clinical and he took the most of his side’s performance by scoring the equalizer which gave a great result to his team – however, Mikel believes that the Blues can still advance.

The former Nigeria international spoke about his former side’s chances as he said that a miracle like that happened back in 2012 as well, according to Goal:

Opinion: Neymar isn’t worth the hassle for Barcelona

It's time for Barcelona to drop their long-standing interest in re-signing Neymar, and instead focus on other avenues.

“I have been played for Chelsea for 11 years and that comeback I will remember for the rest of my life.”

“Obviously I will continue to support Chelsea as always and hopefully they will go through into the next round.”

“I believe they will knock out Barcelona on their own ground, just like we did in 2012.”
