Nabil Fekir is once against getting interest from a host of European sides and it appears that AC Milan are looking to make their move.
The future of Nabil Fekir is still up in the air. The Olympique Lyonnais forward has just a year left on his contract and so far, no one knows where the France international will end up. Last summer, Liveprool were on the verge of signing the youngster. A move fell through and Nabil Fekir stayed at the Rhone club.
Lyon have already kicked off their summer in strong fashion. Juninho is back as the club’s sporting director while Sylvinho would be the coach. The Brazilian duo has already convinced Jean Lucas to sign while young Belgian full back Hertier Deyonge and Romanian number 1, Ciprian Tatarusanu have also signed.
Departures are on the card as well. Ferland Mendy has left for Real Madrid for €48 million. While the future of Tanguy Ndombele remains unclear.
Nabil Fekir on the other hand, might be another player who could be leaving this summer. According to France Football, AC Milan are keen on signing the forward. The Rossoneri have a similarly ambitious duo like Les Gones. Zvonimir Boban and Paolo Maldini are keen on returning Milan to its former greatness and feel that the France international could help them do that.
Playing in the Europa League next season, the San Siro giants are hopeful of signing players committed to the club’s new project. And it is believed that a fee in the region of €35-40 million will be enough to convince Lyon into letting go of their captain.
However, it remains to be seen if that will happen. Aulas has already said that club doesn’t have the need to generate funds at present. This will definitely force any club’s hand if it wants to sign a Lyon star.
