Monaco had drawn their game against Nimes 1-1 in the Ligue 1 and this has stretched their win drought up to its sixth game in all the competitions they have played in, claims Mail Online.

The score line opened when Anthony Briancon, who had the captain band for the visiting Nimes, scored for his side at the 19th minute. But Radamel Falcao struck an equalizer for Monaco eight minutes after Briancon when he the shot he had fired from outside the box was deflected into the goal post.

It was a competitive game involving both teams with Nimes enjoying a fine opening in the first few minutes of the game. Antonin Bobichon had fired a shot in the second minute before Briancon’s goal game with a free kick.

Falcao made other attempts in the game apart from his shot that deflected into the goal. He had a free kick moment just before his goal and another header which was saved by Nimes’ goalkeeper Paul Bernardoni. He also had a volley which was only stopped by the bar.
