Nabil Fekir wants to leave Lyon

According to the club’s owner, Nabil Fekir is looking for a move away from the Rhone giants amidst fresh interest from Liverpool.

Last summer Nabil Fekir was hotly linked with a move to Liverpool. However, the transfer failed to materialize amid a potential knee problem that became visible during the player’s medical.

However, the France international hasn’t been affected by what happened last summer. The left footed forward had another great season with Les Gones.

According to the Mirror, Fekir wants to leave the club with reports claiming that Liverpool have renewed their interest once again.

The club’s president, Jean-Michel Aulas has also admitted that the player wants to leave. The club at present, is open to negotiations but no club has approached them so far.

Aulas told the official Lyon website : “His preference is towards a departure.

Official: Christopher Nkunku leaves PSG for RB Leipzig

RB Leipzig have confirmed their capture of midfielder Christopher Nkunku from French champions Paris Saint-Germain in a €15m deal.

“We are open to discussions. We have no news.

“We are waiting for proposals in the coming days but for the moment we do not have any. ”

And with just 12 months left on his contract, Aulas would be eager to cash in on the player rather than allowing him to leave on a Bosman.

Nabil Fekir has also been linked with a move to Juventus. After scoring nine goals and providing seven assists in the Ligue 1, Fekir is going to be a great success at whatever club he chooses to sign for.

For Lyon though, this is bad news. Several of the club’s mainstays have been linked with moves to other teams. Tanguy Ndombele is attracting a lot of interest from Tottenham who are eager to wrap up the deal this summer.

Similarly, Moussa Dembele is another man who could cross the English Channel this summer. Reports claim that the Frenchman is attracting interest from Manchester United to join Solskjaer’s revolution at Old Trafford.
