PSG’s clash against Amiens tomorrow might come too soon for Neymar but the Dortmund fixture is a strong likelihhod.
Neymar could make his return from injury in his side’s Champions League tie against Dortmund next week.
The Brazilian has been absent since his side’s win over Montpellier and the club have won three games on the bounce in his absence.
Tuchel has now confirmed Neymar could return against Dortmund but is unsure if he would be fully fit by then.
“For Neymar, we have to decide with the doctor after the test,” head coach Tuchel said via Goal.
“Whether he plays tomorrow or not… he will be in Dortmund for sure, but maybe not at his best like he was two weeks ago.
“But I am convinced he will help us and with this game we will keep going, and we hope he will be uninjured and be able to play a few games in a row until the end of the season.”
Tuchel has been careful not to rush the 28-year-old back into action to avoid any potential setbacks.
Neymar’s return would be a massive boost for Tuchel with the big Champions League around the corner…a competition where PSG have failed to deliver.
