According to a report from Diario AS, Neymar is the one who will decide if he wants to leave PSG to play at Real Madrid this summer.
Neymar has been linked to a Real Madrid transfer since he was practically 13 years old, he is the one who has the last word about his future.
According to Diario AS, the player is currently making a decision about his future and he will likely be the one who decides about it before the end of the summer.
Despite not having the best season at PSG, Neymar is still presenting impressive numbers when you go directly to his stats during his time at the French club.
According to WhoScored, Neymar has played 37 Ligue 1 matches for PSG since he arrived and he has already scored 34 goals with 20 assists included.
These numbers are worthy of the similar stats that players such as Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo scored when they played at the top of their game in any club.
Moving to all competitions, WhoScored reveals that Neymar has scored a total of 51 goals and provided 28 assists in 58 matches so far.
Not bad at all for a player who is currently going through the worst moment of his career as a footballer.
These numbers alone are what attracts Real Madrid for a possible transfer, Florentino Perez is convinced he is the best possible replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo.

Neymar has to make the move.
The main obstacle for Neymar in regards to his possible exit from PSG remains the club owner, Nasser Al-Khelaifi.
The chairman doesn’t want to let his most expensive player leave just like that and he will remain in the same position unless the player decides to make a move.
Neymar is the only one who can actually approach the PSG board and tell them he wants to leave.
Sources who are close to the player explain how Neymar is currently very comfortable at PSG with that €36 million per year contract until 2022.
The one reason he could eventually decide to play for Los Blancos is the transfer movements that the Spanish club is doing at the moment.
Neymar appeared very motivated by the arrivals of Luka Jovic and the apparently closed deal of Eden Hazard from Chelsea.
These players are only the first of an interesting group of names that Los Blancos want to lock down for next season.
There are at least two players who are in the club’s list but seem like a difficult goal, one of those names is Neymar and the other one is Kylian Mbappe.

Florentino would only pay big money for Neymar.
The new transfer politics that Real Madrid has adopted over the last decade has worked perfectly during the last five years.
President Florentino Perez decided he would change his strategy of paying too much money for a single player.
Neymar’s transfer from FC Barcelona to PSG made the world believe that Real Madrid would get on the spending spree bandwagon but Perez had a different idea.
In the chairman’s view, Real Madrid is the most successful club in football history and that should be more than enough for players to with they played for Los Blancos.
Instead of the club making an effort to sign any player they want, it should be the footballers who make a sacrifice to play at Real Madrid.
However, this philosophy could go out the window when it comes to signing Neymar.
Florentino has a very familiar obsession with the Brazilian player and the club is not ruling out the possibility of paying over €250 million for his transfer.
The club understands that Neymar is one of the few people in the world who can deliver similar numbers to the ones that Cristiano offered every season.
But no deal will take place unless Neymar himself takes the first step.
Neymar , the monster that Real Madrid needs in terms of goals ,creativity & brand power. The kind of player when tied down with Hazard & Benzema can make teams look like war zone. The kind of Perez masterclass I want this summer. Am I alone on this ? pic.twitter.com/rj5mXSKgKJ
