Less than 24 hours after the final place in the Premier League was confirmed and the odds on who will go down are out.

Fulham secured the final place in the 2020/21 Premier League.

The Cottagers beat Brentford after extra-time goals from Joe Bryan. They joined West Bromwich Albion and Leeds United in being promoted from the Championship to the top flight.

The big question now, is can those three survive, and if they do who from the existing teams will go down in their place.

In this past season, the only newcomer to go straight back down was Norwich City. They were joined by Watford and Bournemouth.

So who will face the drop this year?

ODDSbible has Fulham as favorites, with odds of evens to go right back down.

Much will depend on how those that have come invest their newfound wealth.

Aston Villa spent over 100 million pounds and scraped survival with the last day miracle. Much will depend on their ability to hang on to Jack Grealish but at 2 to1 they are thought of as safe money if you back them for the drop.

Leeds United are the prime example of how spending big does not guarantee success. They spent 16 years in the footballing wilderness after a financial disaster. The Whites are 7 to 2 to be relegated.

If you fancy taking a chance you could splurge on the bigger odds.

Perhaps putting your money on the likes of Everton. The Merseysiders have flirted with relegation on numerous occasions over the years. They are the proverbial “too big to go down” side in the pack.

You can get odds of 25 to 1 on the Toffees.

Why not test your knowledge on those who have suffered top-flight relegation in the past? Some of the names may surprise you.
