Brazilian defender Danilo has joined the Bianconeri for the next five years after an exchange of money and defender Joao Cancelo.
Danilo Luiz Da Silva, known as Danilo, has joined Italian Lega Serie A side Juventus from English Premier League club Manchester City.
He was part of a deal between the Bianconeri and the Citizens which also saw Joao Cancelo join the Italians.
“The agreement is the definitive acquisition of the registration rights of the player Danilo Luiz da Silva for consideration of €37 million payable in three financial years,” a press release read on the club’s official website.
“Juventus and the player have signed a 5-year contract of employment until 30 June 2024.”
“And the definitive disposal of the registration rights of the player João Pedro Cavaco Cancelo for a consideration of € 65 million to be paid in three financial years,” they added.
“The economic effect is positive for about € 28.6 million, net of solidarity contribution and auxiliary expenses.”
