Javier Tebas will continue as the president of La Liga after recently resigning, which was just a ploy so he can be re-elected again.
Tebas will remain as La Liga president for the next four years.
His mandate was highly controversial – Tebas was in favor of moving some La Liga matches to the USA.
However, he also pushed through a new collective deal that saw Barcelona and Real Madrid’s duopoly broken down to some degree.
There weren’t opposition candidates and the controversial persona continues his reign over La Liga.
