Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil is among the players that have been named in the 2018 World Cup’s worst XI by L’Equipe
The Germany international carried over his disappointing club form to the World Cup this summer and was heavily criticised for his displays at Russia with reports having emerged over concerns with his attitude prior to the start of the tournament.
Ozil’s international teammates Sami Khedira and Thomas Muller were also named in the line-up as Germany lost their world crown in disappointing fashion with the national side being eliminated at the group stages for the first time in 80 years.
Meanwhile, Argentina goalkeeper Willy Caballero was also included following his infamous blunder against Croatia.
