The Argentinean also admits that his future at the Dall’Ara is also up in the air.

Bologna ended the 2018-2019 Italian Lega Serie A with 44 points and seven consecutive home victories.

They defeated Napoli 3-2 tonight to close their participation in the competition.

And for Argentinean footballer Rodrigo Palacio, part of this success is thanks to coach Sinisa Mihajlovic, who he hopes stays at the club.

“We are playing good football, we go out there only to win and the Coach changed that, as we’ve played so well from February onwards,” Palacio was quoted by Football Italia.

“That is his decision. He has done very well here, the fans would love him to remain, the president will speak tomorrow and we all hope he’ll stay.”

“If we keep playing like this, or at least start with this approach, then we can have a very good season.”

He added: “I don’t know if I’ll be here next season, I have to talk to the club and we need to reach an agreement.”

“It doesn’t matter if I score or not, as the important thing is that the team wins.”

“I train well and run hard, but my teammates make it easy for me too,” he said.

“No, I’ll only cut that when I retire.”
