According to reports in Italian media, Paulo Dybala could be set for a departure from Juventus with Manchester United set to make their move.

Since the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo, it appears that Paulo Dybala has struggled. The young forward’s development has become sluggish and he is also struggling to really showcase his true potential. For several months, Paulo Dybala has been linked with a move away from Turin.

And it appears that Manchester United could be the next chapter in Dybala’s career. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is keen on adding more firepower to the squad and sees Paulo Dybala as a great addition to the squad. After struggling for goals and creativity, Paulo Dybala would be a much needed option.

Italian football expert Adam Digby believes that Paulo Dybala struggled because of Cristiano Ronaldo. As reported by Express, Digby feels that Dybala should move elsewhere in a bid to revive his career.

“I think Dybala will be the one player who is forced to move on,” Digby told Sky Sports News. “He only scored three goals in the league and he really is the player that has been marginalised by Ronaldo’s presence.

“I can fully see him moving on this summer in search of somewhere he can play his more natural role.”

Indeed, the presence of Ronaldo has naturally lead to Paulo Dybala become marginalized. Despite of his talent, Ronaldo’s achievements have hindered the Argentina international. A move to Manchester United makes a lot of sense.

The Red Devils are in dire need of some creativity. The likes of Paul Pogba, Marcus Rashford, Juan Mata and Anthony Martial struggled at the tail end of the Premier League campaign. Now bracing for a season without Champions League, the residents of Old Trafford could do with a player of Dybala’s quality.
