The Farmers drew 1-1 with both, Venlo and Twente in the two league games they’ve played in the new year and faced an early exit from the KNVB Cup losing 2-0 to Eerste Divisie side NAC Breda.
Their leading goalscorer and former Ajax youngster Donyell Malen will miss the game through injury, along with Ibrahim Afellay, who is serving a suspension.
