AS Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain meet again, only three days after their thrilling 3-3 draw from the 20th Ligue 1 round.
AS Monaco meet the French champions for the second time in three days, now in a postopned game from the 15th Matchday.
The Red and Whites started life under Robert Moreno with a win and a draw, showing great performance at the Parc des Princes against PSG in the Spaniard’s Ligue 1 debut game back on Sunday.
Moreno is likely to name a similar starting XI, with all of Benaglio, Naldo, Boschilla, Geubbels and Pellegri remaining on the sidelines.
Paris Saint-Germain saw their eight-game winning run coming to an end when they hosted Monaco over the past weekend.
The Parisiens are however still comfortable on top of the table with a five-point advantage above closest challengers Olympique Marseille and a game in hand.
They travel to the Principality with a fully fit squad, as Thomas Tuchel is expected to start with Icardi, Mbappe and Neymar in the attacking line once again.
AS Monaco are on a six league games winning run at the Stade Louis II Stadium, netting 19 goals in the process.
They have, however, registered just one win from the last 10 times they’ve hosted PSG – a 3-1 victory in the title-winning 2016-17 campaign.
The 3-3 draw last Sunday was Paris Saint-Germain’s 13th consecutive game without a defeat across all competition (11 wins and 2 draws).
PSG are in an excellent goalscoring form, having scored 35 goals in their last eight outings – an average of 4,375 goals per game.
