UEFA charge Neymar over Man United rant

UEFA have charged Neymar for his "insulting / molesting acts" against match officials during Paris Saint-Germain’s Champions League defeat to Manchester United.

This mean many had to lie about their origins or some future football stars would have been turned away from the team.

“We are talking about one recruiting unit with a manager who put that in place from 2013 until 2017, without our knowledge. All these people have left,” a PSG spokesman told Press Association Sport according to Sky Sports.
