During one of his very first interviews as a new Chelsea player, Christian Pulisic confirmed that Borussia Dortmund has plans for Jadon Sancho.
Christian Pulisic is one of the few people who can actually give us an insight on what it’s like to be teammates with Jadon Sancho.
The American forward just left Borussia Dortmund to try his luck in the Premier League and he was presented this week as a new Blues’ player.
His time in Germany was relatively successful, he had time to share the pitch with some great players and he also had time to share it with Jadon Sancho.
The England international is the second most hyped u-21 player in the world right now, he is considered one of the best in Europe at his age only second to Kylian Mbappe.
One of the main concerns of the transfer window is to know if Sancho will leave Borussia Dortmund during the summer, but Pulisic believes that he will stay in Germany at least for one more season.
The rumors of Jadon possibly going to Manchester United are not well-founded, the American player just revealed that the Bundesliga squad has big plans for Sancho before he leaves.
The youngster has been in German football for only one season, that has been more than enough to make a proper impact and become one of the best players in the country.
Christian Pulisic was directly questioned about Sancho’s possible future, he also mentioned what the experience of playing alongside him has been.
Pulisic also believes that Jadon Sancho has what it takes to become one of the best players in the world.
“It was incredible to see him develop, he came a long way,” said Pulisic on Sky Sports.
“Just when he started out he was in a similar situation to me – it was tough for him, he didn’t know the language, I mean he’s still working on it but he’s a great player.”
“You can obviously see the talent that he has and me and the other guys tried to just help him along and do what we can.”
“Obviously he had such a standout season and I’m happy for him, it’s great to see.”
“I definitely think Dortmund [have] plans with him and he obviously had a great season this year,” added Pulisic.
“So I think they’re just hoping for more of that to come and that for next season he can help them in the title race again and hopefully try to win it next year.”
“The sky’s the limit for him. Like I said, you can see the talent that he has. If he continues to work and put in the time like he is now, then he can take it a long way.”
Looking forward to seeing:

The Manchester United option os cooling off.
Due to how complicated the season was for Manchester United, there aren’t many world-class players who are dying to become a Red Devil during this transfer window.
Jadon Sancho might have been excited with this idea before the end of the season, but United failing to make the Top Four might have discouraged him from playing under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Even though the Norwegian manager confessed there are players who do want to play for the club, Jadon Sancho may not be one of them after all.
Plus, the player considers that he is only getting started with his career and rushing his development is not the greatest idea right now.
Staying in the Bundesliga for at least one more season is the ideal step that Jadon Sancho needs to take, he is still too young to be given a responsibility as big as becoming Manchester United’s new number ‘7’.
At least that’s the ideas that Borussia Dortmund is trying to get into Jadon’s head for now, the player seems to agree at the moment.
However, anything can really happen in football. Maybe United does manage to convince him before the window closes.
Manchester United hold Jadon Sancho crunch talks but Chelsea ruin transfer plan. The Bundesliga outfit are not keen on letting any more of their key assets leave this summer following the departure of Christian Pulisic to Chelsea.
